For many Panels who produce a local access guide one of the main challenges can be sourcing symbols to indicate the level of accessibility of a place or location. Oban & District Disability Forum & Access Panel contacted their local printers (CGL Oban Ltd) and together they created a set of symbols which are well designed and easy to understand.
We were very impressed with the symbols so we decided to purchase a set from CGL Oban Ltd and make them available to all Access Panel for free. As well as the orginial set designed with Oban Access Panel we have added 6 new symbols.
If you are an Access Panel you can download any or all of the following symbols to use as you require, in print or online, free of charge.
If you are from another organisation and you wish make use of our symbols all we ask is that you acknowledge Scottish Disability Equalilty Forum as the source.
To Download: Click on the symbol to open it in a new browser window, then right click and select Save Image As. Alternatively if you don’t want to open a new browser window simply right click on the symbol you want and select the Save Image As option.
