It’s been an interesting few weeks and I have met a few more of the panels. I have paid visits to Berwickshire , North Ayrshire, Cumnock and Doon, Glasgow, and East Lothian where I have been made very welcome and would like to thank you all. As well as visiting Panels I have:
- Delivered a presentation at Action in Mind in Stirling explaining what SDEF is all about which I really enjoyed and had some interesting conversations with folk there.
- Met with Euan’s Guide, who do amazing work and are very imaginative.
- Met with Keith from the Scottish Disabled Supporters Association, great guy and hope to develop some really worthwhile partnership working with them.
So as you can see between that and other work in the office like everyone else at SDEF we are on the go constantly. Hope you are finding these useful and will update you in the next wee while.
