Glasgow Access Panel

Glasgow Access Panel (GAP) continue to take enquiries from a number of individuals and offer advice on the access issues affecting them. Most recently assisting individuals with issues related to the accessibility of housing. GAP also participated in the Independent Living event at the SECC on the 7th and 8th of October, meeting with the public and with other organisations over the two days. We also recently conducted a sensory access audit for a church, providing them with a detailed written report with recommendations for improving the accessibility of their facilities, and also visited a city centre bar, providing them with written feedback on how to improve the accessibility of their premises for disabled customers.
